Are You In Good Health?

Are you in Good Health?

Today so many people think Good Health means you’re Not Sick. However, that’s not true.

Not Sick ” I found this great definition of Good Health recently.

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

How often have you assumed that you were healthy simply because you were not sick? Did you know that it’s a pretty common assumption in our society?

When did this start?

It has only been in recent years that we have started to consider the possibility that “not sick” doesn’t mean “healthy”. It just means “not sick”.

As science and medicine have progressed there has been some good ground work laid for returning us all to a better lifestyle. The importance of exercise, nutrition, rest, and a balanced lifestyle have become more broadly recognized and promoted.

Take a look at things like the American Cancer Society

They promote a healthy lifestyle to help lower your risk of cancer. Here’s a quote right from their website to help prove this point:

“You can reduce your risk of cancer by making healthy choices like eating right, staying active and not smoking.”

On another section of their site, they even provide a shopping list for a healthy kitchen.

Here’s a link if you’d like to have a look: https://www.cancer.org/healthy/eat-healthy-get-active/eat-healthy/shopping-list-basic-ingredients-for-a-healthy-kitchen.htmL

What is good for you?

Of course, there are plenty of people today who would argue that those canned veggies have no real value and that many people have to stay away from those whole wheat and pasta products or the dairy products, but you get the idea, there’s lots of research that have been done by groups who are trying to keep us healthy and they’re trying to help us live a more healthy lifestyle. That’s one of the reasons seed nutrition has become of great interest.

But I love TV Dinners!

But we still have the problem where there are far too many people who think things like macaroni and cheese and prepped food out of a box are great. That’s a craze that we could have all done without!

Think back to our parents and the “tv dinner and boxed food” craze that for so many families became the norm. I think as a kid, the only time my family ate a “fresh vegetable” was when corn on the cob was in season.

What do we do?

Many of today’s families who are still caught up in the “tv dinner and boxed food craze” are stuck in this rut for a number of reasons.

• Sometimes because they don’t know any better.
• Sometimes because even though they do know better, their time is so limited that preparing a good meal for their family from fresh ingredients simply isn’t possible.

And of course, you have that problem that if you have been feeding your toddler macaroni and cheese, frozen pre-packaged chicken nuggets or pizza, getting your little guy or gal to suddenly take a liking to brussels sprouts or broccoli can be a true challenge.

How do we fix it?

And here’s the real problem . . . Do you even know how many and in what variety you need in the fresh vegetable category you’ll need to consume to get to that “good health”

There’s been plenty of research on how our soils are depleted and the veggies are no longer rich in the nutrients the human body needs for good health.

It’s a real dilemma for people. Again, that’s why seed nutrition has become of such great interest to people.

In fact, seed nutrition is something I can recommend to you that will solve some of these problems, and especially if you have an active lifestyle where you find yourself on the go.

Seeds? Are you for real?

Seed nutrition is probably one of the best ways to help your body out that I have ever found. I’m not talking about you having to eat a thousand pumpkin seeds a day either.

I’m talking about the proper blend of seeds in liquid form that come in ready-made pouches that you can toss in your purse or backpack and take with you. It’s literally seed nutrition for the active lifestyle.

Seed nutrition is rich in nutrients that fight free radicals and improve overall health function. Doesn’t that sound a whole lot better than being just “not sick”?

When you think about it, seed nutrition is a truly remarkable breakthrough in our lives. Seeds are these “power packed little dudes” in our lives that we just overlooked as a nutrition source for the longest time.

Mother Nature built those little guys to create plants and trees. Their blueprint is rather fascinating! A seed has all the nutrients and chemistry built right into it to make something out of practically “nothing”. That’s some power!

The brilliance of turning seeds into an easy-to-consume drink that anybody can use in a very busy lifestyle still amazes me. Since I’ve been using seed nutrition in my life good health has been so much more attainable and sustainable.

And what about mental well-being and social well-being? It is so much easier to have both when your body is properly nourished! So let’s take “not sick” to good health by joining the seed nutrition revolution!
